Location was close to main train station . Quiet room . Choice of pillows . Clean . Didn’t use any facilities.

There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The room was clean with shower tools provided in the lounge. The spa bath was really good too. The hotel provided extra pillows, robes etc for guests in the corridor. Quick breakfast options provided via ticket purchase.

The hotel was really good! The staff in the hotel lobby was nice and they speak good english. The room was big, nice and clean, same goes for the bathroom. We could use the public bath for free and that was cool. It was a very good stay and we were all happy. I recommend this hotel when you visit Kyoto.

Nice, clean onsen, comfy pajamas and three pillow options (two of them available next to the elevator on your floor), good location. Adjustable lights made for an easy transition into sleep time :) Breakfast was average, but the grilled mackerel and the saucy chicken were amazing! Definitely good value for money, and there were both Japanese and Western options!
