Its less than 5 min walk to the closest train station. Close to the grocery store and convenience store as well. Everything is provided from kitchenette and all. Absolutely love it. I left a sea-cucumber beauty soap as omiyage from Malaysia.

Right next to Fushimi station, which makes it easy to travel in Kyoto main city area It was clean and the facilities were good, we liked that we had access to a washer and dryer Equipped with a fridge and full kitchen The wifi was mostly working well Check in was easy, and the staff were there to greet us and talk us through the facilities It's opposite a big supermarket, bakers, KFC, and FamilyMart and Lawsons just a minutes walk. The room was a good size for Japan, spacious enough to have a dining table, and storage cupboard.

2min walk from the train station. Near supermarket, near a bread shop, near family mart, near vendo. Near restaurants. It was perfect. Book with instruction was provided. The places had everything we needed including pot, pans, microwave. Very comfortable and perfect home away from home.
