The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel itself is being wonderfully maintained and is neat and clean. The staff is polite and helpful.

Very clean, comfortable, all amenities that were needed. Great location. 4 mins to main station and about 3 the other way. Little eateries and convenience stores on the doorstep. Staff friendly. Good value breakfast with some western food. Nice dining area. Rooms were compact (business double?) but manageable. Desk space, kettle, fridge etc. 413 had a city view.

Simple no fuss hotel. Good sized room, excellent position for the station even though the position was less good (but perfectly ok) for sightseeing. We stayed for 1 night before we had to take a train out of Kyoto because our other hotel didnt have room for that night.

Location close to station and the staff was nice. Cleaning was good.
