The staff greeted us with warmth and ushered us all the way to the lift from the lobby. It was not busy at that point of time. Offered to take amenities such as disposable shaver, comb, hair ties, cotton buds/pads and more before we head up. Even had robes if you need. Explain to us about the breakfast area and timing. They also offer complimentary welcome drinks and snacks which have a variety. The chill/food/breakfast area was clean, accompany with books if your interested to read. The room and toilet was comfortable and clean. Had room slippers. Lovely stay even though we stayed for one night. Will definitely recommend. The hotel is also near the bus stop, metro and combi store.
