Guests can complete their check-in procedure at the Machiya Residence Inn check-in desk, which is a 7-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Please contact the management company directly for more information.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property.

Awesome stay for our family - nice to have a good amount of space and room to spread out - along with a washing machine to do all our washing. Check-in is super close to the station - you drop your suitcases there and they give you a code for the door that will work from 3pm onwards. Room was great, beds were comfortable, bath was good - with a little window that looked out on the garden. Location really good in a quiet street but so close to everything. They also arranged shipping our suitcases to Tokyo - booked when we checked in a reception and on the morning we left - just left the suitcases in the entry way and they arrived at our Tokyo hotel the next day.
