Clean, good located apartment(11 floor). Very pleasant and kind owner. Apartment with private place for car. Inside everything what you need for living(oven, dishwasher, washing machine, air condition and much more). Access to working lift even without electricity, in case of alarms you can go to car park.

The owner is very responsive and always tries to help with whatever. The apartment is very clean, and it has everything that you'd possibly need. The mattress and pillows are great. Rarely have I had such a comfortable stay in Kyiv. Location is also good -- in 20 min of pleasant walk, you can reach all historical places and attractions. No power cuts, and the elevators are fast, clean, and quiet. The place is very safe, with 24/7 security guards. In the morning, the sunrise is happening right in front of you, and in the night you look at the beautiful city center from the panoramic windows -- bewitching sight! Highly recommended for a solo traveler, or for a couple.
