We had booked this hotel just for a night stay as we had to catch a flight early morning. The rooms are the same as in pictures. Very clean, all basic amenities present. The owner guided as properly with the directions, allowed us late check in with proper information. I was impressed as we had a late check in the owner was constantly replying to us on WhatsApp. Will definitely recommend

It’s a nice guesthouse in the very center of everything in Kutaisi. The location was perfect for us: both close to the city center, the river and the Bagrati cathedral. The facilities were nice, the place is clean and new. The communication with the host was lovely: even though we haven’t met in person, he was super helpful and polite.

I sincerely recommend this hotel — a wonderful owner who takes care of everything from the moment you arrive in Kutaisi to the airport transfer at the end. I also highly recommend the one-day trip to the most beautiful spots around Kutaisi with the driver Lasha. Kutaisi is stunning and full of charm, with delicious cuisine and first-class accommodation.

Great location. Just 1 minute out of the centre. Also nice and quiet. Room was very clean and check-in was super easy. The hotel owner is very kind and also asked via WhatsApp on several occasions if everything was okay and if he could help with things.
