There wasn't a single negative or downside, especially for the price we paid! Breakfast was awesome and had great variety, plus was always warm. The pool was a great temperature and is very pretty with a lovely bridge. The room ac works very well and kept the room cool during our entire stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we got alot of support from them which really made the difference on our current visit. My partner and I both got sick with different things at different times and my partner was in a dire condition. If it wasn't for the hotels staff and facilities we'd have had to go home early on an emergency flight. The fact the place was so accommodating made it so we could focus on getting well and trying to salvage our trip. I cannot thank the staff enough! If we go back to Bali there's no question, this is where we will stay.

The rooms were a really good size and nice and clean. The pool was awesome and brekky selection was great. The staff were so lovely and friendly …. Location was perfect for us

The staff were excellent. The hotel has almost eliminated the use of plastics. good location easy access to shops and super markets.
