The location is very close to town, which is convenient, but the room looks a bit older in real life compared to the photos.Besides, I requested additional bottled water the day before checking out, but the staff informed me that there would be an extra charge if I asked for it on the actual day of checkout. I’m not sure what kind of rule that is but it didn’t really make sense to me.

The stay is super convenient, restaurants, market is all nearby. Also walking distance around the area to get to the beach & food easily

It's just a short walk to Kuta and Mandalika Beach. There's a cool cafe in the hotel, Kawan Kopitiam, and an Alfa Mart right across the street. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast menu changes every day.

Location. Very clean and modern with very friendly staff
