Small, friendly pension located in the centre of kusadasi. 10 minutes walk to the harbour, grand bazaar and the centre. Everything close by. Dolmus stop, shops, supermarkets. I had booked to go to samos for a few days so the location was ideal, being near the port. The brothers that run the property are very friendly and will give you advice about the area. There is a lovelly breakfast area, but not all booking agents include breakfast. However can can pay extra for a traditional Turkish breakfast. Small pool area, but nice to have a cool off after a day exploring. It's a nice little hotel, but if that's your style, and like me you don't want the big all inclusives then I can recommend.

The location was excellent, The management (brothers) were very helpful and attentive, They gave great information on how to get to places and great ideas on places to go, Nothing seemed to much, The swimming pool was very nice and the area around it was spotless, We were presented with a Lovely surprise on arrival very very thoughtful 🥰

Amazing place! 😍 It is very comfortable, very clean and you get the option to have a nice breakfast. Best of all is the kindness with which you are received. Orhan and Akmen are amazing people, always up to have a talk and available to help you and recommend activities to do in the area. Don’t expect luxury accommodation, it is a family hotel aiming for great service at a reasonable price ❤️
