Beautiful backyard with a pool, sunbeds, garden, lounge and breakfast area. Really friendly and helpful staff! The backyard is calm, charming and cozy, both daytime and in the night. This is the best reason to book this charming hotel quite close to the harbour and touristic areas.

We stayed here as a group of friends and absolutely loved it! Sezgin Boutique Hotel is family-run, and the hospitality is truly exceptional. The hosts are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The hotel is a small green oasis with a beautiful garden, plenty of cozy seating areas, and a peaceful fountain flowing into the pool. Pool towels are provided, which is a nice touch. Every morning, a fresh Turkish-style breakfast buffet is prepared with lots of delicious options. In the evenings, there’s often a barbecue – a lovely way to enjoy local food and connect with other guests. The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and town center. Free private parking is available right at the hotel. Overall: calm, welcoming, authentic. If you’re looking for a relaxing and personal stay in Kuşadası, this place is a perfect choice. Would definitely come back!
