It was a short stay as we had to leave early to the airport. They upgraded us to a room that was very large, well-equipped and comfortable. The hotel is very modern. We managed to get a good rest.

Everything was perfect for a couple travelling independently. Location amazing and we were given helpful instructions and assistance with our luggage from a pick up point in the Old Town where taxis cannot drive in. Warm hospitality and so much effort to look after us with our lack of speaking/reading Chinese Mandarin. We received help to book transport and great advice for our time visiting the Yunnan from beautiful staff.

Everything, really. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness, the staff. EVERYTHING! We didn't originally plan to stay here but our first booking was cancelled by the operator at 3am when we landed in China. Talk about bad luck. But Cachet Boutique came to our rescue. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Thank you so much.

The hotel is a perfect blend of modern design and local culture, offering a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with stylish decor, high-quality furnishings, and all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and luxurious, and the attention to detail throughout the room was impressive. Every corner of the hotel feels thoughtfully curated, from the elegant lobby to the serene common areas. The staff deserve special mention—everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist in any way. Whether it was helping us with directions, recommending local spots, or simply greeting us with a smile, the team truly made our stay memorable. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated. It's in a lively yet peaceful part of Kunming, close to cultural attractions, great restaurants, and shopping, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
