The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Because of the renovations the hotel was more difficult to get around. However, the room was excellent - really large and they gave us adjoining rooms. Staff were fab.

The location is quite good and central. The staff were absolutely fabulous! Apin and Stephanie from front desk were absolutely brilliant and made my interactions with them feel so personal because they remember you by name and greet you by name when you walk into the reception area. Sola and Nexus from the lounge were also fantastic and very attentive and proactive. Overall the staff really made our stay feel extremely comfortable!
