The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

“Nice hotel in good location, but loud bar opposite”

The location is very convenient and central. The hotel is fairly clean. Very helpful staff and the front desk agent was expecting us, making the check-in process quick and easy although we arrived around midnight.

Clean, modern, great staff, perfect location. Laundromat nearby, excellent pub (21Bistro) across the road, supermarket opposite, western style coffee shop across the road and the hotel is on historic Padungan Road - nestled in amongst great kopi tiams and local eating places. Short walk to waterfront and Tun Jugah (money changer and great cafe owned by expat on bottom floor).

The staff are always so helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel itself is modern, very clean, comfortable and in the perfect location close to historic area, laundromat, great coffee, best pub (21Bistro across the road), supermarket and waterfront.
