The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

The host is super friendly and gave us advice including when and how to get the boat across the river, he even got us some vegetable rolls for breakfast! The room was spacious and comfortable, it also had a mini fridge, aircon and a fan, tea and coffee. Everything was clean

Located on the other side of the river but convenient water taxis are within 3 minutes walk. Room small and basic but all you need and fantastic value. Super friendly and generous host. You can park a scooter directly outside your room too.
