We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, especially because of its convenient location right above one of the largest shopping malls in Kuching. It made our short 5-day trip so much easier—we could buy anything we needed, and even had access to a money changer at the basement level, which was a great bonus for exchanging local currency. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, offering much more room than a typical hotel room. The large living hall opens up to a balcony with a breathtaking view of Kuching’s low-rise skyline and the expansive sky above—it’s especially spectacular in the mornings, giving a peaceful sense of the city’s charm and its ongoing development. Mr Foo was very responsive and helpful with all my queries, which made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment’s interior is classic and bright, and I particularly appreciated the large dining table and ample seating, which made it easy for my family of three to relax and dine comfortably. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this high-level apartment for anyone visiting Kuching.

The unit is very clean and comfortable. The unit is equipped with washing machine, drying rack, boiler, fridge, microwave, water heater & kitchen utensils. All that we needed as a travelling family. Easy access to lift in the mall. No need to exchange lift from apartment to mall. Check in & check out instructions were so smooth and quick. Mr Foo was kind and attentive enough to find us one extra parking spot. Also fast response to queries & messages.

Spacious & clean! The host were really helpful & attentive to our needs. Recommended! And will stay here again 💯 Just a feedback : A full length mirror & table lamp in the rooms would be a great addition 😊

clean with working facilities esp washing machine. rooms well equipped with wardrobes to store away luggages. 2 large toilets with bidet enough to cater for 2 adults and 2 kids location is within the mall easy access to shops
