All AC in all rooms and living room. Washing machine and space to hang air dry clothes after wash. Convenient plates and glasses. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Towels provided. With soap and shampoo. No mosquito. Gt 1 cockroach but there is insect spray. The dustbin size is large with plastic. Tissues available. Microwave, stove fridge and water dispenser. Tv and ps n netflix . All are as described in photos. Near to town, near to sasmec as we were visiting family in sasmec. Near to kuantan terminal sentral.

The place was huge and suitable for our group of 10 adults and 4 kids. Beds were sufficient. House was well kept and clean. The house was close to nearby facilities like mkn place, beach n town.
