Tuesday 15 july 2025 Located at 5 minutes walking distance from KLCC Apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. The beds were plush with soft linens, ensuring a restful sleep. Apartment was spacious and had modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, microwave oven, and a fridge. The bathroom was clean and stocked with quality toiletries. The staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in seamless at middle of the night. it provided great value for the price. We had a truly pleasant and satisfying experience staying at this Vortex homestay unit. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, and located on a high floor, offering stunning views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The surrounding area was vibrant and full of attractions, making it a perfect choice for both relaxation and sightseeing. One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent service – especially the smooth and trustworthy handling of the security deposit. We were pleasantly surprised to receive our deposit back on the same day we checked out, which gave us a great sense of trust and appreciation. This experience stood in stark contrast to a previous stay we had at UNA, where things unfortunately went wrong. Despite not causing any damage or breaking any house rules, our deposit was never returned. They claimed to have banked it in, but when we politely requested proof of the transaction, there was complete silence – and to this day, we have not received anything back. Because of the honesty and quality service provided at Vortex, we have full confidence to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay – we look forward to checking in again soon!
