The location is ideal for walking to the Pavilion. Also, it's easy to communicate with the owner and his team via WhatsApp. There is provision for linen and towels but no hand towels were provided when we had first checked in. As we have stayed at most 3 or 4 star hotels in Bukit Bintang / KLCC area, and our experience is that they all provide hand towels, we contacted the owner via WhatsApp and his team promptly provided two hand towels. We had asked one of his team members if we could borrow an umbrella due to heavy rains in KL and it was notable that this item was provided as well.

The owner and staff is really nice and friendly. A very pleasant stay. The location is also near the canopy wall to the KLCC.

definitely a good place to stay at for business and for leisure as well. Location is a great plus and the staff are courteous as well. I'd recommend this place for your next travel to KL.

İt totally clean, Kenny is so helpful and kind.. this place is safe and the facilities in the apartment is totally good.. if İ going to KL, will book this place again.. very convenient and comfortable.. There my son left his belonging in the apartment after ,we check out.. İ asked Kenny if they found that thing.? Luckily we still in KL and got that thing back and his staff gave to us save and sound.. thank you so much for the kindness..
