The staff were polite and welcoming. They allowed an early check-in to an alternative room. Location was central and we were able to enjoy our stay.

Location - central to wherever we want to go, either Grabcar or Monorail. Service - staff are always so friendly and accommodating (shout out to Joey!) Comfort & amenities - love the rooms (especially as a family with 2 adjoining rooms), the beds are super comfy, the pool & gym are excellent Food - the Executive Lounge as well as Essence have the best food (the latter being the primary reason my family wanted to stay here again! Lol)

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly (particularly the ones from the restaurant for the breakfast), breakfast food was great.
