The rooms were nice and spacious, the gym was good too with a large space, air con & enough equipment!! The roof top pool was also really nice to experience, I didn’t go in but was happy sitting around the edge looking at the view at night time. Staff were also polite enough. There’s a really nice cafe opposite the hotel which I personally felt was the best bit about the hotel.

The location is a bit discreet but is nearby to the KLCC tower, Rooms were amazing , all facilities were given such as in room washing machine, water purifier, ironboxes, clean washrooms , perfect place to stay

Room size is decent with proper space for bed and kitchen and even small dining area. Whole room looks clean. Bonus is the washer and dryer which work very well. Location is ok because we normally take grab.

Lift system, there are four lifts but waiting time is too long, have to allocate each lift to particular floors at least during the peak time.
