The place is clean and comfortable. View of Gleneagles is decent, toilet is nice, and the kitchen space is accommodating. The pool and gym facilities are also solid. It’s accessible via public transport ie bus, and the host provides shuttle vans, which is convenient.

Large and comfortable enough for a family of 5. Nice big bathroom downstairs (1 room with queen bed) and upstairs (2 rooms with queen bed each) for this duplex unit. I would say that the bathrooms are really big. No balcony though. A well equipped kitchen with basic utensils and also washing machine. Same floor with the swimming pool at level 30 overlooking Wangsa Maju that is open from 7am to 12am. Gym is also at level 30. Towels at the pool are also given. Guests can park vehicles at B2 and lift from parking can go straight to the unit. There’s a restaurant and coffee bean at ground floor. Close to Great Eastern Mall too, 2-3 min walking. Opposite Gleneagles hospital. As a suggestion, to provide towel rack in each room as there is no place to hang/dry towels. There are around 5 cloth hangers in each room’s closet. Iron, ironing board, portable vacuum cleaner and hair dryer are also provided. Big smart TV with Netflix etc.

Communication and check in were extremely smooth, and staff were super friendly and helpful - including allowing for a complimentary late check out. The space was clean, pleasant, and true to pictures. Loved that it's close to a mall and convenience stores, for easy grocery shopping and meals.
