Check in was slow. The room won't ready for us until 3.30pm. The house keeper was still mopping the floor.When we got to the front door. It was wet and slippery. No glasses provided for soft drinks. Only 3 hangers per room. We have booked a 2 bedroom apartment. We have bedroom lamp tables but no lamps.So no chance of reading in bed.There aren't enough wall hangers for towers or clothes. The bathroom floor get wet after a shower. Could do with 2 set of keys instead of one.

This time I booked with ManaMana instead of MyKey Global, but it's the same apartment as the last time. Only I got the buildings side, so the view was a bit worse. Anyway I love staying here and I come back every time I'm in KL for the convenience: in the apartment complex there are restaurants, cafes, even a Pilates center and tattoo studio! And nearby there is a Chinese supermarket, street food area, a big shopping mall, basically you don't even need to go to the city center! The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful.

Lovely, clean and spacious. Beds very comfortable and nice view from my 43rd floor studio.
