The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Credit Card holder must present their ID at the property during check in time for the payment should reservation reserve under other guest name.

It close to environment like a lake view, you can have a morning walk or exercise there. They have a small arcade and snooker. Jaccuzzi can’t entry, probably for the premium guest only.

The facilities for short term guests were excellent All communal areas very clean lovely well thought out gardens, seating g spaces and games room. Not all areas are open to short stay guests which is understandable to protect long term residents. Food court which is the only restaurant not bad at all. Ubiquitous starbucks also near by! Staff very polite, limited English spoken. Cool water filter for unlimited refills a bonus, eliminating the use of plastic bottles in room
