We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel, with many aspects meeting our expectations. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. However, there were two notable issues that detracted from our experience. First, we often had to wait up to 5 minutes for the elevator, which seemed to prioritize other floors—likely because our floor, being more budget-friendly, wasn’t given the same attention. Second, the receptionist was shockingly unfriendly and treated us in a condescending manner, which left a sour taste. Despite these drawbacks, the rest of the stay was decent, but those two points could definitely use improvement

1. Spacious and cosy atmosphere The room is incredibly spacious and cosy, with a delightful touch of vibrant items that create a welcoming and cheerful ambiance. 2. Thoughtful amenities The amenities provided are excellent and convenient, including a microwave, an electric induction cooker, a medium-sized fridge, a Coway water dispenser and a full-length mirror. The TV adds to the comfort of the stay, making it feel like a home away from home. 3. Comfortable bed and bathroom The big bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. 4. Impeccable cleanliness The room is kept immaculately clean, which is greatly appreciated. It truly enhances the overall experience. A highly satisfying and enjoyable stay!

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy. Most importantly, it has a good view and is suitable for couple to stay over.
