The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

Excellent reception on arrival, and check-out was very convenient. The room was great, and unexpected room decorations to celebrate our anniversary and my wife's birthday. A nice anniversary and birthday cake was presented to us. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the service was great. Kudos to Myna!

The property was very spacious and our shower room was amazing views, staff and amenities. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially Gagandeep. Highly recommend for anybody travelling alone or as a couple.

We had a 2 month old newborn with us and the hotel staff made it so welcoming and accomodated for all of our needs. It was also im celebration for my birthday and belated anniversary. So the staff prepared 2 cakes, decked the room with birthday balloons as well as a beautiful serenade of a greeting durinh our breakfast with the KLCC and menara view in the bacground Not my first stay at the Banyan Tree Hotel but they went above and beyond my initial expectation with my second time rouns esp with my small family Although it was leading ASEAN summit week, and most places are blocked off, the location of the hotel was strateguc that u will not get stuck in the middle of bukit bintang traffic
