Location is connected to Sentral mall n transport hub., it is so convenient for one to go anyway by Monorail, MRT n intercity especial where traffic is heavy via grab. Check-In personnel were very polite, helpful. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. They were coffee, tea, bottles of drinking provided daily. Gym room was bigger then most hotel n well cleaned. The cafe serving staff were friendly, polite n full of energy. There were good varieties of mixed culture cuisine. I will strongly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is by the KL main train station and it has a bridge connecting it to a bog shopping mall. Very practical if you would like to be downtown. From here, there is a direct train to the airport. The hotel is clean, spacious, and the personnel are helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in KL.

Spacious room and comfy beds. Great breakfast with wide selection of foods and drinks. Salad is awesone, their veggies are so tasty and refreshing.
