The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Beginning 1 July 2016, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Tourism Promotion Fee would be applicable per room per night.Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

we stayed in the hotel during LIMA 2025 , we were travel for work, most of the hotel price during LIMA is quite higher compare to normal days, so we can accept this hotel price during LIMA. the breakfast range quite limited but no doubt the fried mee and kuehteow was so good, chinese style i guess, but overall we are okay and comfy during our stay there, all the staffs were really helpful and friendly, feel safe though to be there during our stay, Thank you for everything especially Ms receptionist that work during the night shift, both were really friendly and helpful :)

It was the comfortable stay although the breakfast was too cheap but it convenient to fill the stomach as no need to go outside for breakfast.
