Spacious house, great pool. Location in suburb villa area and therefore is suitable if you look for quiet stay. Easy to move around with Grabs.

What i like the most regarding the house is the cleanliness of the house and of course it really have the aesthetic feeling for it. It's beautiful and have modern design. They have a beautiful swimming pool area, and the bbq area which located near the swimming pool is big and very good, have roof as well so dont worry about the rain. They provide the appliances for it as well. The hall is very big, nice and the dining and kitchen is good as well. They have 6 rooms (each have toilets in the room except the ground floor room) and it's very convenient. They provide body wash + shampoo, hair dryer, sejadah to pray, and iron + iron board. They also have washing machine and dryer, water dispenser and refrigerator as well. The aircond in all rooms and hall are well functioning and overall we are satisfied with the house. The location of the house is in Kuah town, and very near to YouSave supermarket, and chocolate Haji Ismail (and others) shopping area.

New property very nice. Spacious living room and other area. Nice and big pool. Separated pool for adults and kids. Location near to town. Easy to find restaurants and shops.
