The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.Beginning 1 January 2025, as directed by the Langkawi Municipal Council, a local government Heritage Fee of RM3 will be applicable per room per night.Meanwhile for Prestigious Events, a fee of RM6 per night per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We were surprised to have to give 00 ringet CASH key deposit We couldn't use our credit cards or leave a passport. So had to go fined an ATM to draw cash Very very inconvenient and addition cost for a one night stay Not staff fault but strang policy Keep in mind when booking
