We had easy contact with the owners and a lovely welcome by Festa! The house is very well located in Ksamil, lots of beaches and restaurants at walking distance, while the place is still quiet. Nice spaceous rooms, comfortable sofa and very nice terrace with sea view. The house was very clean! Highly recommended!

Really spacious property with everything that you need. Nice spacious living area as well as outside area with bbq. Airconditioning in all rooms and also parking. Close to the beach!
