The hotel was lovely and in a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and local shops. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, and they were really comfortable and nicely decorated. The pool area had a great relaxed vibe throughout the day. We also appreciated the detailed list the hotel whatsapped us with recommendations for local sites, restaurants, fast food spots, and beaches, it made exploring so much easier. Jenny on reception was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. If we ever visit Ksamil again, we’ll definitely stay here!

This is a nice new hotel, clean, comfortable, breakfast was good. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly despite absolutely inhumane working hours (management take note).

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Good breakfast . The staff was kind, patient, and always available – always with a smile and a genuine willingness to help. The service we received exceeded our expectations – from the front desk to housekeeping and everything in between. We truly felt welcomed and cared for, which made the experience even more special. Highly recommended – we would love to come back again!

Good location and new building! Small rooms but was perfect for us! Staff were really nice,especially Jenny!She gave us recommendations in the area and she was super welcoming!
