The hosts are great. Helpful and friendly, always at your disposal. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious. The vila is also dog friendly and charge free. We came with our 40 kilo pitbull/bully mix and had no issues. You also have a beutiful yard to relax in and parking if you come with your own vehicle. Its really close to the most of the beaches and has really good spots to dine in nearby 10/10 recomended

Location is perfect, everything is close from market, beach,restourants,bar or even taxi drivers. Host are wery kind and house was super clean and comftable. We will come back for sure.

Extremely good location for all the beaches in ksamil. Super close to restaurants and very easy walks, no hills. The room is very clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The hosts were lovely and very helpful, and the atmosphere in the evening in the garden was a really nice touch. The owner also came to the rescue for our friends whose accommodation had cancelled on them at the last minute, calling around to find accomodation for them. The only downside was the wifi which unfortunately didn’t really work, but for a place where all the fun is to be had outside, this isn’t too much of an issue. HIGHLY recommend for anyone coming to ksamil.
