Our recent stay at Valmar was nothing short of wonderful, and what truly made the experience stand out was the exceptional attentiveness and care of our host, Erisa. From the moment we arrived, Erisa made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warm smile and friendly demeanor immediately set the tone for our stay. She was always available, whether it was to offer helpful tips about the local area, assist with reservations, or simply check in to ensure we had everything we needed. What impressed us most was her attention to detail and genuine commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask—offering suggestions for nearby attractions, arranging transport, and even remembering small preferences we had mentioned in passing. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being cared for by a friend. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but it was Erisa’s hospitality that made Valmar feel like a true home away from home.
