The apartment was nice and clean. The owner took care of the satisfaction of the guests and was nice. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the center and the promenade. Despite minor shortcomings, this accommodation is very good.

Nice guesthouse to stay in Ksamil. Apartments are quite basic and not the most modern, but clean. Located on walking distance to the beaches, but nice and quiet at night. Our host on-site was very friendly but not speaking English. But we had an English speaking Whatsapp contact just in case.

The accommodation was clean, and the bed was comfy. I enjoyed having a balcony and a place to dry my beach clothes. Being at the beginning of Ksamil, I had access to quieter beaches and spots without paid sunbeds, giving me the flexibility to choose what I wanted. The host was enthusiastic and eager to help, though he didn't speak English. Despite the language barrier, he quickly addressed a problem I had with the shower. The apartment also had a full kitchen and TV, which added to the convenience.

The house was very nice, we were in five comfortably, both rooms with air conditioning, full kitchen, the space around the apartment was really good to enjoy the evening, we had a wonderful time there. Plus, the hosts were super nice, doing everything to make our stay even better, strongly recommend them, I hope to come back soon! Cheers from Brazil!
