Perfect Stay in Ksamil – Highly Recommend! Avenue Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is ideal—right in the centre, within walking distance to all the main beaches and attractions. The staff went above and beyond, offering excellent service and even arranging a later checkout so we could freshen up before our trip home. We booked the suite, and it was stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and with breathtaking views from the top floor. It truly felt magical! If you’re visiting Ksamil, I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Five stars all around! Parking was available but not loads of spaces. Breakfast was great traditional European continental breakfast more than enough. Coffee was great and brought to you with a smile by the staff each time. The pool is small but beautiful and stylish. we chilled by the pool on our last day and were just perfect

The hotel was newly refurbished this season and the attention to detail is excellent. There is real pride in this family run hotel. The manager Floretina was fantastic, nothing too much trouble and always a smile to welcome guests - amazing when you consider she’s a new mum to a beautiful daughter. Kristi the receptionist was always on hand with local knowledge and advice. Savio the new waiter who had us laughing every day and David all need a special mention but all the staff made our stay memorable. We would highly recommend this gem of an hotel. Donna and Steve.

This is a perfect place for your trip. The location is 3 minutes away from the beaches and 1 minute away from the bus station to go to Sarande or Butrint. The view was amazing from the room balcony. And the people who were working there amazing too. They were so kind, gentle and genuine. The restaurant were great. Also for the breakfast and the dining. There was incredibly delicious food and wine. So you can be stay there if you wanna have an excellent vacation. Faleminderit shume ♥️
