Really liked the location of the hotel! The staff appeared to be friendly and the night club was a bit retro but it was having a great atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast was very good although a bit crowed at the time.

The hotel itself was quite nice. A bit too old style, for me, but I really liked the jaz music in the corridors and the big bathroom. It was nice to have the massage option right in the hotel and the Góra Parkowa right behind the hotel. The staff was great both at the reception, the breakfast team in the restaurant and the cleaners, it was a pleasure to deal with them.

The team are great; very polite and helpful. The hotel is elegant and comfortable. Very spacious rooms, which are immaculately clean. The breakfast choice is very good, with fresh, tasty and high quality dishes. The service is very professional. It was great that the hotel reacted to previous feedback and added an extra coffee machine, which meant less waiting time to fill up. Thank you to Peter and the team for an excellent stay.
