Excellent communication from the team especially Giannis who contacted us to check our arrival time. He met us in person to show us the property and gave us a few hints and tips including the location of the nearest supermarket. The property is beautiful and located amongst a few others with beautiful landscaping, well kept gardens, large shared pool and a beautiful view of the bay. We were so happy with the accommodation. Others have mentioned the unusual set up with bedrooms downstairs which worked well for us as they were relatively cool and really quiet. The bathroom had a good shower, the kitchen had all you could need - it was very well stocked compared to other properties. The outdoor area was well proportioned, shaded with comfortable furniture. The living area, although not huge was perfectly fine for us as we spent most of our time using the outdoor space. Parking was really easy. There is a car park with a dedicated parking space for the property. As we stayed for a week, a team came in to give the property a quick clean, change the bedding and towels which was really nice and unexpected. Parikia town was 15 minutes by car, the nearest beach was approx 10 minutes by foot. Good location.
