First of all, this hut is in the most beautiful spot imaginable along the Vrisic mountain pass. Totally awesome. And the hosts are super friendly and down to earth in a manner I missed during the trip overall. For three wheeks me and my kids were travelling all over Europe and this place had the best feeling of hospitality and grounded staff. We got nice tips for short mountain walks that the kids could endure in the heat. Good beer, and most probably good food too, if we hadn't already eaten before we came.

Awesome hut, very nice and helpful staff and delicious food (breakfast options were great, even homemade bread!). It was clean and very comfortable even in the dorm. Every bed hat it’s own light and usb slot. However, the dorm was half empty, might be less comfortable when fully occupied.

Such a unique and amazing stay. You see mountains in basically every direction. It's a great place to stay while crossing the Vrsic pass and hike in the area. The food and drinks are great too!

Amazing place in the mountains. It's newly renovated and the facilities are great. Shower takes a bit longer to get warm but it wasn't an issue. The staff was very welcoming. I definitely recommend the fresh chocolate croissants for breakfast.
