It was compact and comfortable, had all we needed. Staff were prompt when we had any issues. The location to the market square was fantastic, a pleasant 2 minute stroll. Shower was slow to drain on first day, someone arrived to fix this within an hour. We needed an extra two towels and these were delivered promptly. We ran out of toilet paper and again, after a quick text, more rolls were sent to the room straight away.

The location is perfect and easy to access by foot from main train station in Krakow 👍
