Flat is super cosy in a very good area, everything is so close, but the building is in a super calm street. Flat is quite new and super clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place

Nice and cozy apartment in the Old Town. Easy check-in&check-out. A few steps from the Wawel castle and a paid parking. Perfect for a family stay!

The apartment is generally good but has multiple issues that can be easily fixed: the TV does not work, water tap leaking, door knob falls off, bathroom sink clogged, too damp when it rains, towel heater does not work, it takes 2 days for clothes to dry up. No washing powder or capsules for the washing machine, salt or sugar. If you come for 1-2 days you need to stock up the apartment or don’t use the facilities at all. I think you could leave 1 capsule for washing machine and dishwasher per day not to cause discomfort.
