Faultless. The location could not be more perfect. The apartment is in an incredible area, is very clean, great facilities and bathroom. If I ever visit Krakow again I will rebook.

Fantastic location made all the better with the local festival in the square below. Watching the performances from the living room window was lovely. Apartment had everything we needed, lovely decor. Although we didn't meet up with someone at check in due to our late arrival, communications were great, clear and informative. Only 10 min walk from the main station and the courtyard style entrance felt really secure.
