The location is really good. Close to the train station and to tram stop. Close to the city center and a bonus is it's really close to the traditional polish "market" if you go opposit direction from cuty center (only like 25 meters.) It's also very close to KAWA, the absolut best coffee place I think I ever visited. (It's located at the entrance to the market). But the location also has a downside. The room was very clean but the other facilities was no so freash. We had our own bathroom with was nice. Towels not inlcuded! But soap was somehow included. IT was easy to access and to find by the info we received by mail. Krakow is really crowded and there are food shops in the big shoppingcenter at the train station.

Very friendly staff and housekeepers. Small and cozy environment, like being in an apartment full of people, but there is generally a quiet atmosphere at night. There is daily and nightly cleaning and tidying. The kitchen is fully functional, with electric stoves, a microwave, a kettle, all utensils in drawers too, if you look.

It was clean, equipped kitchen, stuff were helpful and kind, and the bed was comfortable, it does worth the money completely!

It was a lovely spot centrally located to everything staff really helpful and pleasant I would really recommend this hostel to all I'll be back again soon and staying here
