Breakfast seems expensive but actually was good value for the quality. Fantastic location for the square but also for ease of getting to and from.

The restaurant food and breakfast were exceptional. The location was quiet, yet only a short walk to the centre. Nothing to fault at all. Everything was better than expected. Well done to the staff/team.

One slight criticism of an other wise superb stay, we had a double room which appeared to be two singles pushed together which was fine, the beds were substantial and acted as a double, but the head boards were fixed to the wall and didn't align with the bed. Consequently the light switch between the head boards which has a protruding type of switch was directly in line with the middle of my pillow and at head height! As a result I was frequently jabbing my head against the light switch. Apart from that really enjoyed the hotel and the staff were exemplary
