The hotel is located in an old building and therefore has no elevator.You will be requested to show the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. If the booking was made using a third party card, guests will have to pay for the entire stay upon arrival. Hotel was perfect location in the centre staff amazing food fabulous. Hotel arranged our transfers which where on time ... perfect They also arranged our day trips ... absolutely first class. Only fault ... No lift Only stairs so if you have mobility issues ask for a lower floor.

The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting the Old Town and Christmas Market. The staff was friendly.
