The staff were nice and helpful, they spoke great english Offered me an upgrade on my room for a small fee what was nice If you like creepy hotels... this is a must stay 10/10 as I wanted to stay at a creepy hotel and it delivered

the hotel room is clean, the room is warm. I got everything I needed, since I was only staying overnight in the room, I only needed a bed, access to a shower and internet. the staff is friendly, always ready to help. clean dining room, staff in the dining room are also friendly. even if you haven't ordered breakfast since the evening, you can easily pay for breakfast in the morning by card or cash.
