The proprietor was easy to get hold of by phone and explained well how to get into the building and the room. Breakfast was not included but there were ample means to prepare food on the cooker and lots of pots and pans, utensils, mugs, plates and bowls, even tea towels etc were provided. A kettle was also available with tea, coffee and sugar and there was even a fridge. There was everything needed for the stay - towels, iron and board and free Wi-Fi. I particularly liked the shower, one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel with plenty of really hot water (also in the kitchen) and excellent pressure. All in all the room was very clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, with a window facing the courtyard. The property is very quiet and is conveniently located only 1 minute's walk away from the tram stop, shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place.

Good communication and instructions from the owner. Really good location close to the center. Got the parking with no problem. Clean and warm apartment.
