The fine print
Stay & Eat Free means that children under the age of 12 years can enjoy breakfast free of charge when accompanied by at least one adult ordering breakfast. Excellent location. Easy check in/out. Friendly staff. Lovely little cafe/bar. Nice cocktails. Nice coffee. Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Complimentary water daily which was a nice touch.
