Nicholas “Gorgeous hotel with outstanding staff and a beautiful bar area”

This is a beautiful hotel in every sense. Stunning decor, very luxurious and spotlessly clean. All of the staff were supremely friendly and helpful and the location was ideal for us - a 15/20 minute walk into Krakow Old Town and with a bus stop 200 metres away. Our room matched the rest of the hotel for cleanliness, decor and was a very good size. We didn't get time to use the spa or swimming pool but I have to mention the fantastic bar. We used this on a couple of occasions after very long days out and it was perfect. It is immaculately laid out and decorated and the staff made excellent cocktails. On both occasions we ordered bar snacks and these too were first class. On one occasion we were the only ones in the bar and it's a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were polite and helpful during our stay - a credit to the hotel. Within walking distance to the river and to the main market square. If in Krakow again would stay at this hotel.
