I love the OTT decoration of the whole hotel both my room and the public spaces. Also the staff were lovely and helpful.

The front desk was the first excellent service received promet service. The staff members are the best in all hotels I visited in krakaw The vipes of the room were perfect . If you have your own car or are aware of the transportation system, I do recommend the hotel .
